We work mainly for US clients in the biotech, machine learning, finance and Web3 sectors. E.g.: Alchemy.com, Cajal Neuroscience, Appia Bio, Constructor.io, Focus Calm, PedidosYa, Agrotoken, among others.


ROLE:

As Business Developer, you will hunt, generate and follow up on new business opportunities for ++hellohello. You will assist the CEO and co-founder to close new deals and/or increase the company's revenue.

This position is for a person with an entrepreneurial, commercial spirit and a strong interest in digital products. With a hands-on and collaborative nature you will support the teams (production, design, technology) throughout the entire sales process, from intro to contract signing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to marketing and lead generation initiatives and strategy.
  • Manage the pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and conduct intro calls and agency presentation.
  • Summarize incoming opportunities, gather all necessary information and identify uncertainties and risks for internal validation.
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients and internal meetings during the response phase.
  • Define, manage and assign tasks and deliverables to relevant team members.
  • Create documents and proposals.
  • Ensure accuracy of all elements prior to project delivery.
  • Assist the team in defining the estimate.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the CRM, our database and tools to ensure information is up to date.
  • Travel on commercial missions when necessary.


WHAT YOU SHOULD SHOW US:

  • You are fluent in English (Exclusive, it's a must for the role from day one).
  • You enjoy and are comfortable working with people from different disciplines and levels.
  • You are passionate about getting things done, either with a clear direction or in a proactive way.
  • You are curious, eager to learn and have an agile mindset
  • You are able to identify, prioritize and clearly communicate next steps and opportunities to the team


Bonus/Non-exclusive:

  • You have knowledge of Hubspot.
  • You have experience in a software factory or consulting firm.
