ABOUT THE ROLE
A Sr. Webflow / Framer Developer at ++hellohello owns complex web experiences end-to-end and elevates the quality and scalability of our marketing engineering practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead implementation of sophisticated marketing websites and interactive experiences.
Establish scalable CMS and component structures.
Drive technical quality, performance, and SEO standards.
Mentor designers and engineers on implementation best practices.
Partner with brand and growth teams on experimentation and optimization.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years building production websites with Webflow and/or Framer.
Advanced understanding of responsive systems and web performance.
Strong frontend fundamentals beyond no-code tooling.
Strong visual and interaction design sensibility.
Experience managing large-scale marketing web properties.
AI FLUENCY
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate website production, content iteration, debugging, and creative workflows.
Able to leverage AI-assisted tools for layout generation, copy refinement, SEO optimization, and rapid prototyping.
Strong judgment when reviewing AI-generated designs, assets, and implementations to maintain high quality standards.
Familiarity with modern AI-powered website and creative tooling ecosystems is a plus.
