THE ROLE
You will be the creative brain behind all marketing output for the client. Your job is to make sure every piece that ships, from a social asset to a campaign launching in a new market, has direction, consistency, and quality. You are the bridge between the client's internal team and the ++hellohello production team.

This is not a pure execution role, nor a pure strategy role. It's both. You need to be able to set the creative direction for an activation and also get into the details when the team needs it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the creative direction of the engagement: GTM campaigns, partner activations, social media, landing pages, videos and motion, product assets.

  • Serve as the creative point of contact with the client's design team, including brand alignment, Figma access and assets, and defining the boundary between marketing design and product design.

  • Translate business briefs into executable creative concepts, with the judgment to prioritize what deserves a big idea and what needs speed.

  • Direct and give feedback to the ++hellohello production team assigned to the client: designers, motion designers, web designer, and copywriter.

  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple simultaneous products and markets, with frequent launches and high-profile activations.

  • Participate in creative backlog planning alongside the engagement's PM/Account.

  • Define and document asset production processes for campaigns, establishing workflows that allow the team to operate with speed and consistency.

  • Identify and bring in tools that optimize production: from template systems and reusable components to generative AI and design automation.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 in a creative leadership role at an agency or studio.

  • Strong portfolio in marketing design: campaigns, activations, social, motion, web. Not just UI/product.

  • Experience working with technology or fintech brands, ideally for international audiences.

  • Full fluency in English, as client communication is conducted in English.

  • The judgment to give clear, direct feedback without micromanaging.

  • Comfortable with high pace, multiple parallel projects, and shifting priorities.

  • Systems mindset: experience defining production processes and structures that scale, not just executing campaigns.

  • Active curiosity about tools that optimize asset production, including AI applied to design, systematized templates, and efficient workflows.

ESPECIALLY VALUABLE

  • Background in crypto, fintech, or Web3.

  • Experience as a Creative Copywriter.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Notion, or similar).

WHY THIS ROLE

This is not a maintenance role. The client is in full expansion mode, with product launches, new markets, and high-profile activations. You will have real ownership over a large account, a production team behind you, and direct visibility with the client's leadership.
