We partner with companies building what’s next, often in complex and fast-moving spaces like Web3, biotech, AI, and fintech, primarily working with US-based clients.
We’re looking for someone with strong commercial judgment and excellent communication skills, comfortable operating in complex, high-context environments.
As an SDR at ++hellohello, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, qualifying them and identifying genuine business opportunities for our sales team to pursue.
You are the first and most important filter in the sales process.
Your judgment directly impacts revenue, focus, and team efficiency.
Identify and research companies with a clear potential need for our services.
Qualify inbound inquiries quickly and decisively.
Validate fit, intent, timing, and budget before booking any meeting.
Say no to opportunities that are misaligned, even if they sound interesting.
Book meetings only when there is a clear business problem to solve.
Prepare concise briefs for the leadership team before each call, highlighting context and risks.
Keep pipeline information clean, structured, and up to date.
Work closely with the CEO to refine focus, messaging, and targeting.
Run highly targeted outbound outreach to founders and senior decision-makers.
Near-native English fluency, both written and spoken.
Confidence speaking with founders, executives, and technical leaders.
Ability to understand complex products and businesses quickly.
Experience or strong exposure to Web3 products, companies, or ecosystems.
Sharp judgment and comfort saying no.
High ownership and autonomy.
Interest in design, product, and technology.
Experience in sales, consulting, or similar roles.
You will communicate daily with U.S.-based founders and senior decision-makers.
This requires near-native English fluency, written and spoken.
You should be fully comfortable:
leading qualification and discovery calls in English
writing clear, natural outreach and follow-ups
handling objections and nuanced conversations without scripts
We work with technology-driven founders and product teams, often in complex and emerging spaces such as Web3.
You don’t need to be a blockchain expert or have deep Web3 experience, but you must have a strong, genuine interest in technology and how products are built, funded, and adopted.
You should:
be naturally curious about how modern technology products work
enjoy learning new technical and business concepts quickly
feel comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments
be able to discuss product adoption, trust, UX, and security at a high level
Experience with Web3, crypto, or other emerging technologies is a strong plus.
However, interest and attitude matter more than prior Web3 knowledge.
If you’re not genuinely curious about technology-driven products, this role won’t be a good fit.
