ABOUT THE ROLE
A Senior Product Designer at ++hellohello leads the design of digital products end to end, with strategic vision, autonomy, and a strong commitment to quality, functionality, and user experience.
They work under the guidance of a Lead Product Designer, collaborating with a team of talented Designers, Motion Designers, Developers, Researchers, and Producers. They're in direct contact with clients, stay on top of deadlines, and present their work with confidence and authority.
They're expected to combine execution excellence, critical thinking, and a collaborative spirit, bringing vision and structure to every project. They also act as a technical and strategic reference within the projects they're part of, with full ownership of their deliverables, mentoring less experienced profiles, and ensuring quality and consistency across the board.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively participate in and facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders (designers, clients, developers, etc.) to guide and define the strategy of the products we work on.
Interpret business objectives and user needs, and translate them into simple, intuitive flows and interfaces.
Create User Personas, Wireframes, Journey Maps, and other UX artifacts to define requirements and set the direction of projects.
Collaborate with our Researchers on user interviews, Usability Testing, and other research methods that bring data to improve our products.
Materialize strategy through high-quality designs that consider usability, accessibility, and user-centered design patterns.
Prototype designs and interactions.
Present, argue, and defend your work in front of clients and teammates, from both a rational and strategic standpoint.
Collaborate with developers, researchers, fellow designers, and producers to build products you're genuinely proud of.
Mentor Mid and Junior designers, raising the bar for the team and sharing best practices.
Actively contribute to the construction and evolution of Design Systems.
Participate in project rituals (Design Critique, Planning, Internal Syncs) and feel comfortable with methodologies like Design Thinking, Agile, Sprints, and Discovery.
Own your tasks, prioritize and manage your workload, and deliver accurate estimations.
Take in and incorporate feedback, and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Integrate AI tools as a natural part of your process: use LLMs to clarify intent, explore approaches, and anticipate edge cases before opening Figma; use tools like Cursor or Claude Code to prototype early flows and interfaces, collaborating with engineering to decide what makes it into the product.
Stay on top of trends in the world of digital products, tools, and technology — and share them with your team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
6+ years of experience designing digital products.
Strong command of Figma for design and prototyping.
Solid knowledge of accessibility, design systems, and product best practices.
Active use of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or others) as part of your process: to clarify problems, explore solutions, and accelerate early iterations.
Strong written and spoken English (direct contact with international clients).
Desirable: experience or interest in design engineering (Framer, Cursor, Claude Code, vibe coding, direct design implementation).
Striving to maintain quality and always pushing for excellence.
Believing that design is more than what you see on a screen.
Being reliable, committed, and a strong communicator.
