ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A Project Manager at ++hellohello manages from start to finish different digital projects (websites, apps, branding, among others). Is a natural problem solver 🙂
As a Project Manager, you will be working with a high talented team of Designers and Devs building digital products for clients around the world.
REQUIREMENTS
You are a problem solver by nature. You are motivated by preventing obstacles before they arise, organizing, simplifying and reducing any noise that may exist so that the team can focus on getting the job done in the best possible way.High-quality standards.
You give it all for the project. You care about commitment to the team, client and end user. You are able to bring motivation to the team, stay late when needed, or congratulate someone for a job well done.
You care about people. You're good at working with the rest of us, whether it's designers, developers, clients, the people who clean our office, or the people who bring our lunch.
You have experience. We don't base this solely on time, but you've probably been involved with digital products for 3 years approx.
You're a kind of leader. Leadership at ++hellohello is not about telling other people what to do. You facilitate communication without becoming a bottleneck, you empower the team to communicate directly with clients, and proactively identify risks. You lead by listening and above all by setting an example.
You are a grounding cable. You listen to our clients and work with them (and the rest of us) to turn complex ideas and visions into real digital products and experiences.
You are organized and care about the details. You make things happen. You care about details, aesthetics and the quality of what is delivered. You create and plan projects from start to finish so that they can be executed in the best way. You're comfortable working with agile methodologies and a stack that includes Notion, Linear, Claude, and Slack.
AI First thinking. You are the same as anyone else. You don't know everything, and you don't think you know everything. But you are curious. You want to know more, and you actively look for smarter ways to work. AI is part of our toolkit and we expect you to make it part of yours.
You know how to build trust with clients. You have good writing and speaking skills in English and Spanish to communicate with clients, lead meetings, convince and solve problems. You communicate proactively, manage expectations before issues arise, and can hold a firm but empathetic position when scope needs to be negotiated.
You care about the numbers. You understand that a successful project is also a profitable one, and you follow budget and billing with the same attention you give timelines. You're also on the lookout for new business opportunities within your portfolio.
You are in a similar Time Zone. You can overlap at least 4 hours with Montevideo Uruguay's 10am - 6pm time.
