ABOUT THE ROLE
A Product Designer at ++hellohello executes projects with autonomy and attention to detail, under the guidance of a Lead Product Designer.
They're responsible for delivering their tasks to meet set objectives, producing functional designs that balance creativity and aesthetic quality. They work autonomously and proactively, collaborating with a team of talented Designers, Motion Designers, Developers, Researchers, and Producers. They're in contact with clients and actively participate in presenting their work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in workshops and working sessions with stakeholders (designers, clients, developers, etc.) to help shape the strategy of the products we work on.
Understand business objectives and user needs, and translate them into simple, intuitive flows and interfaces.
Collaborate with our Researchers on user interviews, Usability Testing, and other research methods that bring data to define and improve our products.
Execute tasks that materialize strategy through high-quality designs considering usability, accessibility, and user-centered design patterns.
Prototype designs and interactions.
Actively collaborate in the maintenance and evolution of Design Systems.
Document design decisions and maintain visual consistency across projects.
Take progressive ownership of specific features or flows within projects.
Present, argue, and defend your work in front of teammates, from both a rational and strategic standpoint — and ideally, in front of clients too.
Collaborate with developers, researchers, fellow designers, and producers to build products you're genuinely proud of.
Participate in project rituals (Design Critique, Planning, Internal Syncs) and feel comfortable with methodologies like Design Thinking, Agile, Sprints, and Discovery.
Own your tasks, prioritize and manage your workload, and deliver accurate estimations.
Take in and incorporate feedback, and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Use AI tools as a natural part of your design process: use LLMs to explore approaches, organize ideas, and anticipate edge cases before opening Figma; use tools like Cursor or Claude Code to prototype early flows and interfaces, collaborating with the team through iteration.
Stay on top of trends in the world of digital products, tools, and technology — and share them with your team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
4+ years of experience designing digital products.
Strong command of Figma for design and prototyping.
Knowledge of accessibility and design systems.
Active use of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or others) as part of your design process: to explore ideas, organize thinking, and accelerate early iterations.
Strong written and spoken English (participation in meetings and presentations with international clients).
Striving to maintain quality and always pushing for excellence.
Believing that design is more than what you see on a screen.
Being reliable, committed, and a strong communicator.
